I work with busy career women, guiding each of us to use creativity and mindfulness practices so that we can better manage stress, have a greater sense of well-being, reconnect with our inner core essence, and deepen our own universal connection, allowing us to be more fully present for ourselves and our loved ones.

I have a fine arts degree from the University of Guelph, Canada, and have been a meditator for 30 years. I write poetry and guided meditations, and am also a “crafter” who loves to make stuff.
