This meditation is from my album Meditations for New Beginnings. Sitting comfortably, begin with deep slow breaths from deep down in your stomach. Listen to the audio or read the following words and say them to yourself in your heart.
Breathing in, I am grateful
Breathing out, I am ready
Breathing in, gratitude for the past
Breathing out, gratitude for the present
And gratitude for the future
For my new beginnings
I am grateful for all that I have done,
Experienced, seen and learnt
I am grateful for all that is now and in the moment
So good and fresh and mine
I am grateful for the future and the new
Opportunities so ready
Experiences to be savoured
For the new adventures and learning
The new friends and the moments that
I will make
I am grateful for my new beginnings
The chance to be reborn
Into the new world, the new day
All that awaits me
To transform and
To journey on road that will take me
I am grateful
For my new beginning.
